5th April 2022, MELBOURNE — Marketing and Technology Consultancy, The Lumery has appointed Dr. Melanie Irons as their Director of Organisational Development. This appointment signifies another strategic step that The Lumery is taking to continue being a workplace that is proactive about the support, coaching, and development of its most important asset — its people. Determined to differentiate itself from the tainted perspective of agency and consulting models; The Lumery has been building a high-performance team culture, creating an environment centered around psychological safety.
Melanie explains “the moment a colleague first mentioned The Lumery to me over three years ago, they handed me a copy of their cultural handbook, I can remember thinking “who are these people? I need to find out everything”. I was attracted to the company at first blush, but then the more I was invited to see what happens under the hood, the more impressed I was. Melanie Irons is a registered psychologist, with a Masters of Professional Psychology from ACU, and a PhD from the University of Tasmania. Melanie has worked as a behavioural scientist and lecturer with Universities across Tasmania, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Melanie has worked closely with national and global companies on their people-focused initiatives, development programs and strategies.
